If you're asking if you need JInitiator to run forms on the web, the answer is that, as of IE5.0, you do not need JInitiator. You do have to configure the browser for it, though, so it is not for external, casual web visitors. Refer to the white paper "Client Platform Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 -- Release 6.0" at
http://technet.oracle.com/products/developer/ for information on how to configure Internet Explorer for running Forms.
