OLE DB Provider for Oracle (from Microsoft)

Hi There
i developed an application accessing oracle database,using the OLE DB provider for oracle(by microsoft) using VB6, and referencing microsoft activex data 2.5 library and the microsoft activex data 2.5 recordset library. on my machine (win2000) the application works fine but when i install the applications on the clients' machines(also win2000) i got no messages during the installation but during the use of the application, i get a run-time error message: "run-time error '-2147467259(80004005)': oracle client and networking components were not found. these components are supplied by the oracle corporation and are part of the oracle version 7.3.3 or later client software installation. provider is unable to function untill these components are installed". it seems that the application is not able to connect to oracle.
