NT and RMAN 8.05

Hi,

Does RMAN correctly work on a Windows NT Server 4.0 with Oracle 8.05 ?

Has somebody already tried to restore an Oracle database on a different target server that the source one using RMAN ?

Can I use my catalog to do this ?
Or should I use the nocatalog option ?
