Oracle Enterprise Manager login problems

I've just recently installed the Oracle Enterpise Manager on my windows NT box. I've been attempting to log into the OEM repository I've set up on my Solaris database server, but I cannot login. Every time I attempt to connect to the repository on the server, I get the VTK-1002 error message saying that the repository is still in the process of initialization and I should wait. I've been waiting for over 24 hours now and still can't connect the Enterprise Manager to the repository.
