It is possible to install oracle on ME, as long as you have another PC with
it already installed.
Oracle doesn't put anything significant in the windows directory, and all
the registry settings are in one lace.
Consequently, you just need to make a copy of the Oracle directory, and the registry, and copy them both to the new machine.
If you move to a different directory structure, things get more complcated.
Anyway, it worked for me.
