You're using Oracle JDBC OCI-8 as the JDBC driver in the Connection
Manager? I get the same error. You'll need to read the documentation
and make some changes to the jdeveloper.ini file
OR,
you can use Oracle JDBC Thin JDBC Driver. This worked for me in an
8.0.5.0.1 instance
