Forms multiline items indented

Hello all,
we are developing with Oracle Forms 6 on several MS platforms (NT4.0,Win98).
We observe that the content of all textitems gets indented as soon as the item has the multiline property.
Does anybody know this effect. Is the reason an Oracle or a Windows setting? It has to be a setting somehow, because the indentation is different on different computers.
