Re: TNS Listener Error

Some questions arise:
- do you need NT server? Not for Oracle! - do you use Designer (NT as workstation) on your 8.1.5 (aka are   you working locally)?
- what Designer version?
- will you use IIOP?

For starters, check out a previous post on listenerless configuration, stop crossposting to .misc, and *always* give versions.
