Could I set Frame properties in Forms 6.0

Does anybody know if it is possible to set frame properties
(for example color) dinamically from Forms 6.0 ?
Does exist something like set_item_properties for
graphics like frame or line ?
I haven't found anything like set_frame_properties
or set_graphic_properties.
