OEM2.1 Job Authentication error (VNI-2015)

I continue to get the error VNI-2015 Authentication Error. If i configure the sqlnet parameter SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE) I get a file not found error on export job schedule.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
