Hi Brian,
I have Oracle 7.3.4, 8.0.4, 8.0.5 running on a S7A with AIX 4.3.3. This are 32-Bit Versions. No troubles.
There are some special 64-Bit versions (8.0.5.x and 8.6.x as i remember) for AIX. Hth.
