Developing Wireless Applications with Oracle

Hi guys,
[Quoted] We have a custom application that was built using Oracle 8i and Pl/Sql. We
want to wireless enable some components of it. The mobile staff may one of the
following devices
- WAP Phones
- Palm Pilots
- Windows CE Devices
- Motorola Pagewriter.
What is the best way to write Server side applications so that they can be displayed on these devices using the wireless intranet. We looked at Oracle mobile, but it was too buggy. Any other ideas on how to do this ?
