Oracle Forms would be your answer. It's expensive but worth it.

There are cheaper tools out there (Infomaker and Powerbuilder) but they aren't [Quoted] [Quoted] "native" to Oracle, nor necessarily to RDBMSs in general, so there's a LOT of [Quoted] [Quoted] manual coding you have to do to manage records properly where Oracle has a lot of that built-in for you.
