Newbie needs training advice

My company has decided to replace all of its systems with Oracle.
I work in IT supporting some of the legacy accounting application. Have no knowldge of Oracle, Oracle Financials or JAVA.
WHERE would I start while I wait for the company to start its training, Want to have some familiarity with the Oracle products.
