Zeeshan,

I don't know which Oracle (Server, WG, or Personal) are you using, but you can accomplish this in two way...

Oracle has a tool "Migration Assistant for Access db" which migrates all the schema, object and data but I'm affraid whether it works with Access 2K! try out...

Other you can use third party ER case tools like ERwin...
