Yes.

3.0 was on DOS-platform and conversion was made to windows-platform.

Automatic conversion usually can convert functionality but unfortunately it can't make neat looking end result or convert triggers to pl/sql.

Oracle recommends that triggers should be rewritten to pl/sql and I think it's a good idea. Pl/sql-triggers are usually much simpler and much easier to comprehend.
