Tree Items in Forms 6i

[Quoted] I am running Forms 6.0.8.8.0(Production) on Windoze NT WS 4.0 SP5; against [Quoted] Oracle 8i EE Rel 8.1.6.0.0.
I have created a tree item which is just displaying employees from the scott.emp table. When the form is running; whenever I click on the tree item I get the following error:
