I have TOAD, EZSQL and PLSQLDeveloper(another tool) and SQLTools. I prefer PL SQL Developer for hacking PLSQL. I use EZSQL for other tasks like exporting test data, retrieving info on tables etc..
EZSQL has still some bugs to solve though.

TOAD is just fine although i don't seem to use it much anymore.
