WEBDB installation problem

Hi folks,

I have been trying to install webdb 2.2. on a solaris machine. I was successfull on my first attempt and had some problem with creating a site because of some language issue. so I went for the second trial, and got this error

ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04067: not executed, package body "WEBDB.HOMEMENU" does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at "WEBDB.HOME", line 14
ORA-06512: at line 5

So, tried the removing things through the installation window and did a reinstall and was getting the same error. So as a fourth resolution I tried rmoving the users and their schema of OAS_PUBLIC and WEBDB and remove the entire webdb directory and tried as a new installation and again I'm getting the same error.

So could some one help me to figure out the cause of this error. I have almost a large amount of time on figuring out this and still couldn't figure out the reason/cause of it. Some help would be really appreciated.
