WebDB: Popup LOV not working correctly

[Quoted] We are currently using WebDB 2.2.0.0.5 installed as a cartridge under OAS 4.0.8.1. I have a form with a Field set to POPUP with a LOV. When I rrun the form and click on the Popup icon, the Popup pops up. I select an item and click close the Popup closes but nothing is returned to form. If I double click on the Item in the Popup, nothing happens.

Has anyone experianced this problem? Any fixes?
