JInitiator: How do I get the auto download html file to recognise 2 versions.

[Quoted] We would like to roll out version 1.1.7.27 but maintain compatibility with 1.1.7.18.
We want it to recognize and allow 1.1.7.18 but if no JInitiator is present we want it to install 1.1.7.27.

Is this possible?
