How To Create Temp Table in Report 6i?

I need to create a temp table before i run my report. I figured that it would be easy to do this in the after Params Form trigger, since I need the parameters.

BUT, I cannot find out hwo to create this temp table using the built in PL/SQL Editor! This Editor and Compiler, despite it's name, is NOT accepting PL/SQL syntaxes. Where can I find a reference of commands acceptable to this little Editor! THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!
