Problem with creating OWB Repository

Hi,
I want to create a Oracle warehouse builder(OWB) repository on the different machine from OWB Client,when seeding database(finish 14%),it failed.
So what's wrong with it? some problem with JDBC?
If Installing OWB repository and OWB client on the same machine,everything is ok.
Environment:
OWB for NT4.0
OWB Repository will create in ORACLE 816 for LINUX
