Oracle TBT's

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with the Oracle Technology based Training? Are they put together well?

The company I work for is about to upgrade to Oracle 8i from a Interbase environment. I don't have any real database experience but I'm going to have to learn to support our new database real fast.

I've ordered the new 8i TBT and would like any suggestions and comments about it and the best way for me to get up to speed.
