Its not too difficult to install - but you need to realise that OPS is not the solution to all problems - typically applications need to be architected with OPS specifically in mind...Any app that is high update and not "OPS aware" could possibly run SLOWER in OPS than per standalone Oracle.

It may be prudent to also look at using standalone Oracle on a cluster/failover solution if high availability is your main requirement...If OPS is what you need - get an expert in.
