Oracle hired detectives to find things out about a competitor, and that makes it like Scn'gy? Should we now say that any firm that sells things is like Scn'gy? Or a firm that over charges people is like Scn'gy, as well? Why isn't Microsoft like Scn'gy because they have started some front groups to do favorable studies about it? I guess, then, by your estimate, both of these groups would be opposing each other *and* be on the same side.

Fred, when are you going to see some of these statements as patently absurd? The idea that there are a few Scn'gsts working for Oracle is not surprising, since Ca. has many Scn'gst there and that is Oracles home base. The idea to say that a few people working for a huge corporation taints that whole corporation as bad, is just as absurd.

Before some people on ARS are done, Scn'gy is going to own the whole world. [Quoted] [Quoted] Whether that's true or not, if you believe it so, then you have given more power to what you oppose than they well deserve. By making them seem more powerful than they are, you are discouraging people from doing anything about Scn'gy. Scn'gy well encourages people to do what you just have done. If anyone is aiding Scn'gy, it is you.
