Jinitiator error

Hello All,
one of my users is getting
[Quoted] "Could not load the plugin oracle jinitiator 1.1.7.18 for netscape navigator
for the mime type 'application/x-jinit-applet;version=1.1.7.18' "
[Quoted] "Make sure enough memory is available and that the plug-in isinstaled
correctly"
PC Configuration : NT SP-4, 64 Mb ram, netscape 4.08
I have tried reinstallin the plugin. I don't think memory is an issue.
Has anybody encountered this problem ?
Does anybody know a fix ?
