Diane,
The parameter form is a very elementary type of display.
I use Forms as a front end for the report customization.
I have created a "report controller" form, which contains
necessary custom buttons, pick lists, ..you name it...
which in turn passes the parameters and launches the report(s).
May seem messy at first, but a lot more control over cosmetics
and customization...
