Add user to Designer/2000

Hi,

I create a Oracle user "duser1".
I add the "duser1" to the Oracle designer repository as 'USER' successfully.
In the designer repository, I have a user 'PrjManager' as 'MANAGER'. The 'PrjManager' own a project/application called 'PROJECT1'.
The problem is:
When I started the designer/2000 and login as 'duser1', I can NOT find the
application 'PROJECT1'.
When I started the designer/2000 and login as 'PrjManager' I can find the application 'PROJECT1'.
How do I 'assign' application 'PROJECT1' to 'duser1' or grant the access application 'PROJECT1' to 'duser1'?
Your help would be much appreicated.
