Help - ORACLE Reports

Developer 2000 v6.0
We generate large reports (1800+ pages) with some fancy formating (shading,fonts,...etc). I would like to get the output to the client on a CD. I tried generating a PDF file when I run the report BUT since my report has all its formating done thru OLE objects(MS Word) all the formatting is lost!!! Is there ANY way I could present the report to the client??????
