We are using Windows NT 4.0 SP 5 with OAS 4.0.8.1 and Developer Server 6.0 all running on an Intel platform.

No, I did not open a tar with Support. If you want to gather some info, you can query Metalink. I know that others have posted to the Forums there. Also, you might want to search this newsgroup in Deja.com.
