Forms6 Web Window Appears Off Screen

When I start the form (both in IE5 and Jinit) I only see the bottom part of the window/form. Sometimes a IE5 refresh fixes this ..
I am using Forms6 Patch 7. Is this a bug or is there some code I should be using on the forms start-up trigger to insure the correct placement?
In the meantime I guess I will begin the process of upgrading to Forms 6i.
