From quest software, there is SQLNAvigator. Very nice: syntax highlight, debug,lot of info about all the database, query builder, ... Still more usseful with the sql tuning option. Go to www.quest.com and download the eval version. Other useful tools from quest are:
* instance monitor show you all you want to know about the various process and activities in your database and give you all the help to tune it.
* space manager can reorganise index, tables, datafiles online
