Its not specifically a PL/SQL editor, but it is by far the best text editor I have found to date. UltraEdit32 www.ultraedit.com. We purchased TOAD at my workplace, and agree that the editor is weak, So we set out to find a alternative editor... thirty bucks for an editor isn't bad considering what it does. check it out.
