actually i was looking for report 6.0 which is a stand alone product and was broken out from developer back when developer was 3.0 1998 time period and yes it does use an odbc driver for any and most RDBMS I have not been able to download a trial version .... ftp.oracle.com is not accepting anymore users ....must be quite busy today as for crystal reports ...no go ...already bought a copy of it and it does not do what i need to have done (product completely useless for my purposes ), actually microsoft access reports works fine for me but not powerful enough to generate nth amount of invoice a day that i need
