Debuggin in Procedure Builder

I create some stored procedures and I want to debug them, so I try to create a program unit for my stored procedure, it almost works but I got this error 'Unknown identifier TRIM' and 'Unknown identifier RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR', but this are oracle functions, why am i getting this error? any help??
