Can't conntect from Mac

Hi All,
I've been performing queries against SQL Server databases on my Mac through Microsoft Query for some time now. When I try to create a new datasource to connect to oracle i get the following error:
'Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error"
I tried re-installing Office 98 but that did not seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?
