Hey to all -
This is kind of a newbie question:
I have been asked by my bosses to evaluate development tools to be used in a project (overhauling our existing systems). I am a little confused as to the differences between Oracle's Developer and Designer tools. Are they the same? Does one have more features than the other? Or are they for different types of projects?
