Oracle Lite Unload?

Does anyone know of a tool that will unload and
reload data from Oracle Lite? We trying to
upgrade from 3.06 to 4.0 and aren't thrilled with
the option of two reboots and two full
installations to go from 3.06 to 3.6 to 4.0. Has
anyone had any success??
