Transferring objects in Migration Workbench

I'm using Migration Workbench to transfer all the data and objects and data from SQL Server 7 to Oracle8. It transferred all the tables,data,users and role but it didn't transfer stored procedures (though it captured it in Oracle). Is there a way to transfer the captured stored procedure to Oracle?
