FORMS BUILDERS CONNECT PROBLEMS

FORMS BUILDER problems:
1.- It seems the connection to the RDBM it's right, but it is impossible disconnect it and connected again (some unintelligible messages appear like: "h||" ó "|ák").
2.- First time we try to get the DATABASE OBJECTS through the OBJECT NAVIGATOR the following message appear: "PDE-PER001 Internal error (depdb 1).". Second time we try, there is not problem to get the DATABASE OBJECTS through the OBJECT NAVIGATOR, so it seems the connection to the RDBM it's right,
3.- but it's impossible to compile any trigger or program unit which reference to any database object. For example:
declare
pepe varchar2(80);
begin
select user into pepe from dual;
end;
next error appear: Error 201 at line 4, column 3 identified 'DUAL' must be declared.
4.- If we want to create a block with the DATA BLOCK WIZARD next error appear: "FRM-10651: Could not retrieve the list of tables." when I enter a table or view on which to base my data block.
Something similar (or worse) happens with the other DEVELOPER´s components like REPORT BUILDER or GRAPHICS BUILDER.
