Calling Procedure using OCI Statement

I am trying to Call Stored Procedures using OCIStmtExecute function, but it always returns an error value of -1
I am using OCIStmtPrepare, then OCIStmtExecute functions with the resp parameter.
If any of you have any example/s on Calling Stored Procedures using OCI function Calls, it will be really helpful.
