Hi Carsten,

Did you try PL/SQL Developer from Allround Automations? (http://www.allroundautomations.nl)
I'm mainly a developer and I personally prefer PL/SQL Developer over TOAD anytime... especially the newest ( I think it's version 3) But you should see for yourself, after all everybody has different preferences.
