Problems installing FORMs Runtime in Win98

[Quoted]     Ive oracle 8.0.5 client installation in a HP P150 64 Mb with Windows 98 [Quoted]     When i try to install Forms Runtime i got a general fault error.     The win98 installation is clean...
    Developer release is 1.3.2 Forms 4.5
