"Components & Component Frameworks: The Road to Enterprise Computing"

Developers need a road map to sort out component technologies such as COM+ and EJB, and what value is added by frameworks that use those technologies. This expert panel discusses component technologies and frameworks for enterprise computing, and how they fit in with Java, middleware, and databases.

The panel will pay particular attention to Microsoft's COM+ and Sun's Enterprise Java Beans, two major component technologies that are competing for mindshare among developers creating distributed computing applications.
