64-bit ints in Pro*C/C++

Hi,
Anybody know any kind of trick to get Pro*C/C++ to use long longs (64-bit ints) as host variables? I'm using v. 8.0.6 now, but I will have 8.1.5 or 8.1.6 soon. Looking through the docs, it still doesn't say anything about support for 64-bit host variables; is this just an omission, or am I out of luck?
