Well I guess the best solution is, in POST-QUERY trigger, at the end, if any change occurs:
Set_Record_Property(To_Number(:system.cursor_record), 'MY_BLOCK', STATUS, QUERY_STATUS). This will set record to Query status and forms will ignore any previous change.
