OEM Capacity Planner Connect Error

Hello,
I've recently installed OEM v2 on NT using a local Oracle 8.0.5 database for its Management Server. When I try to connect to a remote database (also Oracle 8.0.5 on NT) while in the Capacity Planner I get the following error:
VTM-0005: Error connecting to Server
Make sure data gatherer is running and reconnect
VTD-0075 Cappacity Planner connect for service ORCL.WORLD on host
SERVER1 already in use by client host SERVER2.
Where ORCL.WORLD is the remote database
SERVER1 is the remote NT server
SERVER2 is the local server
Data gatherer is running on the remote machine...
Any Ideas?
