forms - (dde) - excell data exchange

Hello, I need some help in DDE ;
here is what I would like to do in forms :
- start form

• insert data
• start excell
• find if correct worksheet exist
• if not, pass the name to excell and name the workbook
• ..pass the data to excell workbook
• ..move to excell
• ..work in excell
• ..pass result to forms
• .. repeat as many as needed
• pass the final result from excell to forms
• at the end of work save the excell worksheet with the right name

The clause, with -.. are repeating many times I wold be grateful for help or for directing where to find it. Many thanks!
