Does anyone know?
In a variety of ways. On Unix simply run the adapters command. For all
platforms, just restart the listener or run a status or services command on
it.
The sqlnet version for 7.3.4 is sqlnet 2.3.4, typically for this release the
first last digit matches the Oracle last digit.
